In yoga Pranayama (literally: control of life force) is a powerful tool to optimize your breathing.
Your breathing is closely related to your life energy. Due to stress of modern life our breathing becomes shallow and tense, so our natural vitality is hampered. Almost everyone, even yogis, has a restricted breathing pattern, caused by stress.
Through an optimal breathing you give your body the ability to absorb as much oxygen as possible and get rid of toxins. Research has shown that an optimal breathing also ensures a better focus, reduces pain and stress and lowers blood pressure.
In this workshop you will learn more about the breath and the benefits of optimal breathing, we investigate the breathing and we do breathing exercises to open the breathing and form a solid basis for Pranayama and you learn different Pranayama techniques.
The program includes tea and delicacies.
