yogadocentTessa is certified yoga teacher, mindfulness trainer and massage therapist.

“To me yoga is a way of life. It’s not just about keeping your balance on the yoga mat, but even more so about finding your balance in life.

And it involves:
– exercise

– breathing
– relaxation
– nutrition
– positive thoughts and meditation

I’m bringing all this together at YARAYOGA. My yoga classes are a combination of breathing exercises, yoga poses and relaxation/meditation. You will be working on your balance, strength and flexibility.

After a decade of working in the corporate world, I myself had experienced the consequences of being out of balance. My mind worked overtime, and my body was exhausted. Yoga has helped me to enhance my self-awareness. I have learned to listen to my body and my needs and have adapted to a way of life accordingly. I love to share my own experiences with others and to help them discover the benefits of yoga and to connect body and mind. My wish is to enthuse and inspire people.

Are you ready to join me and take your first step on this amazing journey? Start today; enter your email at the bottom of this page and get inspiration and updates!”
